These terms govern use of Mushin Earth Publisher and the public information it publishes. Mushin Earth is operated by Mushin Code and currently publishes material associated with Terremoto, Incendio, and Erupción.
Mushin Earth is informational only. It is not an emergency service, an official warning system, or a prediction service. Do not rely on a social post to make safety-critical decisions.
Public information
Posts are generated from event information supplied by publicly available scientific, government, and emergency-information sources. A post may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or removed after its source changes. Always consult the linked source and the appropriate local authorities for current guidance.
No guarantee of availability or accuracy
We work to present source information clearly and promptly, but we do not guarantee that the service or any post will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current. Network, platform, source-feed, and processing failures can delay or prevent publication.
Authorized profiles
Only profiles owned or managed by Mushin Code may authorize Mushin Earth Publisher. Anyone administering an authorized profile must protect its credentials, grant only the permissions needed for publishing, and promptly revoke access that is no longer required.
Platform terms
Instagram and Threads are operated by Meta. Use of those platforms remains subject to Meta's terms, policies, availability, and enforcement decisions. Mushin Earth does not control how Meta displays, distributes, moderates, or retains a published post.
Intellectual property and source material
Mushin Earth, Terremoto, Incendio, Erupción, their original graphics, and original presentation are owned by Mushin Code or its licensors. Underlying event data remains subject to the terms and attribution requirements of its respective source. These terms do not grant ownership of third-party data or platform content.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the publisher; adjust which events qualify for a post; correct or delete published material; or update these terms when the service, underlying sources, or platform requirements change.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mushin Earth Publisher and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mushin Code is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a post, a delayed or missing post, source-data errors, or platform availability, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
